Create your organisation account, then add employees by email or CSV import. They'll receive a branded invite to start training. No software to install — it's all browser-based.
4 modules covering AI fundamentals, data privacy, intellectual property, and prompt safety. Each module takes ~8 minutes. Employees complete at their own pace — automated reminders handle the follow-up.
On completion, employees receive your organisation's AI Use Policy — auto-generated with your company name, compliant with NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act Article 4, ready for your employee handbook.
Each employee receives a UUID-verified completion certificate by email. Auditors and insurers can verify certificates online at any time. Your admin dashboard shows real-time completion status.
The full training takes about 30–40 minutes for an employee to complete all 4 modules. Individual modules are ~8–10 minutes each, so employees can spread it across a lunch break.
Each certificate is UUID-verified and publicly verifiable at aisafeiq.com/verify/[token]. They document that the employee completed accredited AI safety training aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and EU AI Act Article 4.

Employees can retake any assessment. There's no limit on retries. The certificate is only issued when they achieve a 70%+ passing score.
Yes — your company name is automatically populated throughout. The document is generated as DOCX and PDF, ready to be added to your employee handbook. Full policy customisation is available on Business and Enterprise plans.
