These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AISafeIQ, operated by AISafeIQ, Inc. ("AISafeIQ", "we", "our"). Please read them carefully. Questions? Email legal@aisafeiq.com.
By creating an account or using AISafeIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using AISafeIQ on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AISafeIQ provides a web-based platform for AI safety employee training, AI Use Policy generation, and compliance certificate issuance. The service is provided on a subscription basis. Features and availability may change with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share account access with individuals outside your organisation. Notify us immediately at support@aisafeiq.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may use AISafeIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not: use the platform to train employees under false pretences; misrepresent certificate status to insurers or regulators; attempt to circumvent training requirements to generate fraudulent certificates; or interfere with the platform's operation or security.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@aisafeiq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. Access is restricted after 7 days of non-payment. We offer a 30-day refund for first-time subscribers who request it within 30 days of their first charge.
AISafeIQ completion certificates document that your employees completed our AI safety training curriculum. They are evidence of training completion aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and EU AI Act Article 4. They are not a guarantee of regulatory compliance or legal protection. Regulatory compliance is your responsibility. We make no warranty that use of AISafeIQ satisfies any specific regulatory, legal, or insurance obligation.
AISafeIQ owns all rights to the platform, training content, certificate designs, and generated policy templates. Your data — including employee records, completion status, and organisation information — belongs to you. We do not claim any rights to your data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to operate the service.
Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy at aisafeiq.com/privacy. By using AISafeIQ you agree to our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISafeIQ's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
AISafeIQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific regulatory or insurance outcome will result from use of the service. We warrant that we will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. We will notify account administrators by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not reduce core service functionality during an active subscription period without offering a prorated refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which AISafeIQ operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
